Michael B. Finegan, Ph.D. completed his post-doctoral fellowship in geriatric clinical
psychology at the Texas Research Institute of Mental Science. He completed his
Clinical Psychology Internship at the University of Minnesota Medical Center. Dr.
Finegan has extensive training in cognitive therapy for treatment of depression, anxiety
and relationship problems. In addition, he is a frequent lecturer on disorders of
children and seniors, and adult depression. Dr. Finegan has been a member of the Department of
Psychiatry at Peninsula Regional Medical Center since 1985. He lives with his
family in Wicomico County. |
| David M. Levert, LCSW-C graduated from the Tulane University School of Social Work in 1974 and has 25 years of counseling experience. During his career, he has worked with a wide variety of problems faced by adolescents and adults. Including depression and anxiety, family and marital discord, and retirement as well as the assessment and treatment of major illnesses such as schizophrenia and dementia. Additionally, he has been a supervisor and trainer for other therapists. He is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and the Academy of Certified Social Workers. He is licensed by the State of Maryland as an LCSW-C. |

Carol A. Stange, LCSW-C, completed her Bachelor's degree in Social Work at Salisbury State University. She completed her Master's degree in Social Work at the University of Maryland at Baltimore (UMAB). Ms. Stange specialized in the field of families and children while at UMAB. She lives with her daughter in Ocean City and has served the families of the Eastern Shore since 1994. |

Jakota Herring, LCSW-C, is a clinical social worker with twenty years of experience working with a broad range of diverse populations. She recieved her master's degree from the University of Tenessee in 1987. Since that time, she has worked in both public and private settings, providing psychotherapy and other mental health services to adults, adolescents, and children. She has skills in individual and group treatment, as well as having worked with couples and families. Specialty population Ms. Herring has treated include older adults, survivors of abuse and trauma, people with disabilities, and developmentally disabled clients. |

Margaret J. Sisk, LCSW-C, is a clinical social worker with more than twenty years of clinical experience in private and public mental health facilities. After completing graduate education at Howard University she completed postgraduate studies at University of Maryland and the University of Alabama. She has worked with children, teens, families, couples, and individuals. Her cultural background promotes specific interest in the provision of services to the Native American population. Specialty interests include treatment modalities related to adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety, fragile interpersonal relationships as well as to victims of family violence and other traumas. |
